Windows 10 notification listener for desktop app

Hi.

I have already read "Notification listener: Access all notifications" (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/uwp/design/shell/tiles-and-notifications/notification-listener) where is described how to use the notification listener in a UWP app.

I would like to do the same thing from a desktop (not bridged) app (C#, WPF). Is it possible?
